This nursery home doesn't deserve a one star. My grandmother was a resident there. Due to a family conflict. The Rosedale nursing home was one sided with the family. If it wasn't for a family member. My parents and myself. Wouldn't have known that my grandmother was ill. We were notified by a family member 3 hours, before she passed away. My mother had called Rosedale nursing home, only to be asked how she found out about my grandmother. Wanted to know who told them. The nurse who mom was speaking with. Was told not to notify us! What a TERRIBLE thing to do. I would not recommend your loved one going here.
My father was to be contacted if there was a change, with his mother. My mother left voicemails to be called. They never returned her phone calls. Now they're trying to cover up with what has happened. How would they feel not knowing about their loved one. Being ill and dying, it's been a terrible experience and I hope something is done about it!
