Worst service ever zero cleanliness and zero hygiene precautions this place should be control by hygienic department or need to close asap nasty smell and not clean at all
Visited urgent service on 10th august morning around 1:50am.
The place was empty not even a single patient in the waiting room .
From 1:50am to 5am no doctor came to see
All the nurses are just talking and laughing among t .
The bed was all dirty the garbage bin was not even changed it was overflow, blood was on the floor .spider webs all over .dirt marks ,stains marks bad odour in the room .
Higher management should look into all this issue specially about the hygienic and cleanliness.I have attached few pictures please have a look
People come to hospital to get better and get the treatment but after all this hygiene and cleaning issue I feel more sick stay away from this urgent service WAITED ALMOST 4 hours and no doctor come to see.I would understand if it was busy but there was nobody stay away better to go another urgent service .

The nurses was helpful and good throughout the process major thing to take care is the cleaning

2 stars not more.
I’m disappointed at this hospital for various reasons (maternity)
1- the private rooms are so small and way too hot
2- the follow up is good but over the top, every hour you get interrupted (if not for you, for your baby)
3- the hospital engages with a photography company that scams people. The photographer came to our room to take pictures we weren’t even aware of this , no rdv nothing. But as you may know prima vista /baby vista filled for bankruptcy.
4- I had a very bad luck with the anesthetist of the day that performed my epidural which didn’t work as there was a breach and the solution was to do a blood patch but that didn’t work for me neither 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️
So basically I will never come to this maternity again unfortunately.

Wow.

I went for a trigger finger surgery with Dr. Wunenburger ;It is my second surgery at this hospital with this surgeon and his team.

I have had an excellent experience, starting with the pre-surgery care, information and welcome of everyone( and of course making sure I understood everything as I am not a native French speaker). The day of the surgery, the nurses at the ambulatory station were kind and attentive, the room was excellent and the entire team- from the anesthetist to the staff at the surgery room and after care- everyone were genuinely kind, caring and highly professional.

Thank you for this great experience, I appreciate all of your work and dedication to your profession.

I do hope I won't have to see you again, but if I do, it will be a pleasure!

Receptionist is very rude, no hospitality at all. They all mad at you when you ask a question. I don't see what's the point of having a receptionist in this hospital.

Receptionist at the hospital was very very rude. Extremely rude upon asking for the direction for the anesthetic doctor. She told me I had to know myself and she didn't give me any direction instead she shouted at me.
