It’s been a long time since I was there, and I came across this clinic again while looking for… Not relevant, as it seems to me that it’s a private clinic that mainly caters to rather young people. For example, eyelid correction wasn’t possible for me because there was “fat” or something like that, and fillers in the cheeks weren’t possible either, etc. That’s fine, a clinic has the right to make clear choices. But maybe that should also be mentioned on the website, for example that their treatments aren’t intended for aging.

It's been 40 days since I received my BOTOX injection at Faceland Gent, and unfortunately, there is no noticeable difference compared to before the treatment. I have had BOTOX injections in the past, during both spring/summer and winter times, and the results typically lasted at least four months regardless of the season and temperature. However, this time, there has been no improvement and now after 40 days, it is like I didn't get any injection.

I began to suspect something was wrong just 10 days after the injection and discussed my concerns with the doctor who did the treatment. Also, my left eyelid was feeling heavier than the right one, a concern I also raised during my appointment. However, he insisted that it was normal and that I needed to give more time between my injections !!!! I had this injection after a 7-month interval from my previous one, which he was aware of. If this interval was not enough, why wasn't it mentioned during my 1st visit before I get the injection?

This raises concerns about whether the advice was genuinely in my best interest or financially motivated. This experience has been extremely disappointing and raises serious questions about the professionalism and care provided.
